Saw Mill River Parkway Reopens, Route 9, I-287 Accidents Tie Up Traffic

A stretch of the Saw Mill River Parkway in Greenburgh has reopened after an overturned vehicle resulted in its closure in both directions on Wednesday morning. A multi-vehicle accident has also been reported on northbound Route 9 between Welcher Avenue and Louisa Street in Peekskill.
