YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. Kevin Olsen, a 29-year-old Peekskill resident, has been charged with petit larceny by Yorktown Police after he was accused of attempting to flee a Sears store without paying for merchandise, according to police. Police say a call was received from Sears security on Wednesday, Nov. 19, reporting Olsen had left the store without attempting to pay for merchandise and fled the scene.
