CORTLANDT, N.Y. Ten Hudson Valley Hospital Center employees will be running in the annual Turkey Run on Saturday, Nov. 22, in downtown Peekskill. The race, organized by the Quiet Man Public House, includes runners carrying frozen turkeys that are later donated to CHOP .
