A potentially historic storm is approaching Westchester County with some snow possibly starting as early as Monday morning with the heaviest snow and winds expected Monday night through Tuesday with a Blizzard Watch issued by the National Weather Service. Westchester could see a total of 18-24 inches with the Nor'easter expected to bring the area to a standstill throughout the day and evening Tuesday.
