On Jan. 25, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Alphonso E. Gourdine, 40 years old, of Peekskill, NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Felony. A traffic stop was initiated on the defendant's vehicle after officers saw it failing to maintain its lane of travel.
