The Westchester Department of Public Safety announces six people charged in state court, in addition to the 15 charged federally in today's drug sweep associated with the sale of heroin. Artis Smythe, 26, of Highland Avenue, Peekskill, is charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, felonies; Alprentice Scott, 42, of Main Street, Peekskill, , is charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.
