The Children's Theatre Company of Peekskill announced plans to mount a pair of productions over the next two weekends while celebrating its ninth season. The CTC will perform "The Ugly Duckling" and "Stone Soup" at the Ford Theatre in Peekskill on Jan. 31, Feb. 1, 7 and 8. All performances are scheduled for 3 p.m., except for the Feb. 1 performance, which is set for 1 p.m. "The Ugly Duckling" is based on Hans Christian Andersen's story, with music and lyrics by Frank Sanchez and Mehr Mansuri.
