Peekskill Dodges Worst Of Nor'ester

Heavy snow fell overnight in Westchester, but predictions that the area could see up to 2 feet of snow have been significantly downgraded. The storm will begin to exit the area Tuesday evening with snow totals adjusted to about 6-10 inches for most of the area, with higher amounts to the east.
