The family of Peekskill's James McNair, who was killed in the accident that seriously injured Tracy Morgan, has settled a wrongful death claim with Wal-Mart, according to LoHud.com. Terms of the settlement were kept confidential, but the attorney representing the family said they were happy with the outcome, LoHud.com said.
