Flooding, Ice Jams Possible In Peekskill

Heavy rain combined with melting snow could result in localized flooding and possible ice jams in the area, the National Weather Service warns. Moderate rises in area rivers and streams are possible this weekend into early next week, with the increased flow causing ice to break up and move, the weather service said.
