Peekskill Man Charged With Choking Victim In Cortlandt Domestic Dispute

Kenneth J. Miller, a 27-year-old Peekskill man, has been arrested after choking a victim during a domestic dispute in Cortlandt on Friday, March 6, according to New York State police. Police said Miller has been charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony, criminal contempt in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, and criminal obstruction of breathing, also a class A misdemeanor Investigation revealed that Miller choked the victim following a verbal dispute, police said.
