The National Weather Service reports 5.1 inches fell in Armonk, 3.5 inches in Shrub Oak and 2.9 in Peekskill. "Behind the cold front... a strong NW wind kicks up, and we'll see the temperatures begin to tumble yet again," says Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather.
