The Field Library in Peekskill presents "The Healing Power of Meditation" with Nomi Bachar on Saturdays Jan. 16, Feb. 20 and March 19, from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Bachar -- a holistic spiritual counselor and a self-healing, self-actualization expert -- will "discuss, share and explore the three levels of the mind: The Monkey Mind, The Creative Mind, and The Zen Mind. You will learn to identify them, move through them and abide in the stillness of the Zen Mind," according to the library.
