The New York State Police announce the arrest of Thomas Jenkins, 19, of Peekskill, for Robbery 1st Degree, a Class "B" Felony, Robbery 2nd Degree, a Class "C" Felony, and Grand Larceny 4th Degree, a Class "E" Felony, following a lengthy multi-state investigation. Police allege that Jenkins, and co-defendant Kyle Clark, robbed the night manager at the Domino's on Route 6 in Cortlandt at knifepoint, as he was leaving to make the nightly bank deposit in the early morning hours on Sept.
