A 19-year-old Peekskill man accused of robbing a Domino's Pizza in Cortlandt at knifepoint has been arrested in North Carolina, police said. Following a lengthy multi-state investigation, Thomas Jenkins was arrested in Elizabeth City, N.C., and has been extradited back to New York to face charges.
