Donald J. Foster, a lifelong Peekskill resident, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Northern Westchester Hospital. He was 68. Donald was the Proprietor of Candles By Foster, in Peekskill, where he designed and manufactured custom made candles for any occasion.
