PEEKSKILL, N.Y. A 22-year-old Peekskill man was arrested Friday in connection to a series of tire-slashing incidents across the city in early June, according to Peekskill Police. Kaylen Lipford of Mackeller Court was arrested at the Westchester County Jail where he is serving weekends following a conviction on an unrelated charge.
