A Peekskill man was arrested on felony drug charges following a three-month investigation into heroin sales by narcotics officers from police departments in Westchester and Putnam counties. Edward Reeves, 41, of Hudson Avenue is accused of selling heroin on three occasions to an undercover officer from the Putnam County Sheriff's Department, including one sale of a half-ounce of heroin for $2,600, said Kieran O'Leary, public information officer for Westchester County Police.
