State Police say there were multiple traffic infractions that caused them to stop a vehicle on I-87 June 26. The driver, Nicole S. Cabral, 21 of Peekskill, NY was found to be impaired by drugs and in possession of 12 Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills. Cabral was transported to Columbia Memorial Hospital where she submitted to a blood draw to determine the drug content of her blood.
