Wheelabrator Technologies Inc., which operates the Wheelabrator Westchester plant in Peekskill, has named Robert "Bob" C. Boucher Jr. the new president and CEO effective Monday, succeeding Mark A. Weidman. Weidman has announced his retirement as president and CEO of Wheelabrator after 25 years with the company.
