With hot and humid weather forecast and temperatures expected to reach or exceed 90 degrees in parts of the county throughout the week, the Westchester County Health Department has issued a heat advisory. Peekskill Mayor Frank Catalina announced that the Cooling Center located at the Neighborhood Center, 4 Nelson Ave., will be open from 3-10 p.m. Wednesday.
