A Peekskill man was arrested on felony drug charges this week following a three-month investigation into heroin sales by narcotics officers from police departments in Westchester and Putnam counties. Edward Reeves, 41, of Hudson Avenue was taken into custody at 11:25 a.m. Tuesday on Main Street in Peekskill.
