Mr. Belanger is survived by his wife of 46 years, Barbara A. ; two daughters, Jennifer Hand of Alabaster, Ala., and Rebecca of Peekskill, N.Y.; a sister, Nancy Tavares of Dartmouth; two grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
