Peekskill Mayor Frank Catalina released a statement regarding the 2015 budget that was adopted during a meeting at City Hall on Monday, Dec. 1. John Dwyer Jr., formerly of Peekskill, died on Tuesday, Nov. 11. He was 63. He was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Worker Local 501, known now as Local 3 IBEW and an owner of Dwyer's Dwellings Incorporated.
