Peekskill Mayor Gives Up Attempt To Oust City Manager

Peekskill Mayor Frank Catalina appears to have given up on his attempt to oust City Manager Anthony Ruggiero from his position, according to The Northern Westchester Examiner. Catalina and his colleagues claim the City Charter is being violated by having Ruggiero in the city manager position.
