Peekskill Police Charge Bicycle-Riding Teen In Gas Station Robbery

A 19-year-old Peekskill resident was arrested and charged in the robbery of a Shell Station on Tuesday, Peekskill police said. Officer Steve Zappolo was on patrol at 3:45 a.m. when he observed a suspicious male on a bicycle in the Shell Station parking lot at 722 N. Division St. When Zappolo went to investigate, the man fled south on North Division Street, police said.
