Yorktown Police charged a Peekskill man with petty larceny on Nov. 19 after he allegedly stole items from the Sears store at the Jefferson Valley Mall, according to police officials. Kevin Olsen, 29, of Peekskill allegedly stole a pair of headphones and a bolt cutter valued at $71.98, police said.
